Where?

Around the world! Virtually of course!

Virtual team building to keep your company culture alive. Corporate fitness classes are currently offered online on the platform of your choice (Zoom, Teams, etc), to accommodate Covid19 health measures. I offer classes in English and in French. Remember, it doesn’t take a state-of-the-art gym to get employees moving, all you need is a small space and your computer!

*If you are based in the Downtown Vancouver area, in person fitness classes can be organised with a maximum capacity dependent on Covid19 restrictions, until government regulations state otherwise. These workouts can be socially distanced circuit style bootcamps or socially distanced follow-along classes!*

Why?

By offering corporate fitness opportunities, you as a company, are showing employees that you want to see them thrive beyond your workplace. A Harvard study has shown that exercise boosts productivity and mental abilities such as: enhanced creativity, quicker learning, sharper memory and improved concentration.

Regular exercise has many health benefits. It can improve sleep and lower stress, help people maintain a healthy weight, and help them lower their risk of heart disease. It will not only increase morale in the office but it will also help your team adapt to a virtual work environment, more efficiently. My clients have stated that they feel mentally and physically refreshed after exercising. On a more consistent basis, my classes can help employees avoid long-term, chronic health issues.

“ As a part of our employee appreciation week, we hired Chloe for a corporate Zoom workout. Saying she was fit for this job is an understatement. Chloe was absolutely amazing. Not only can you ask her to adapt the workout to every level, she created a full workout without equipment.  One thing I truly enjoyed was how she was integrating everyone in the workout and was encouraging each member regardless if they had their video on or not. We were so happy with the outcome that we have decided to make this activity recurring and we will be working out with her more often. Thank you so much Chloe for your professionalism! It is always a pleasure to workout with you. “
